Second visit to Slims in two different locations. The food is what brought us back the second time. Nice young man waited on us & checked on us during our visit. Good food at a reasonable price.
I feel they can have a slight delay due to short staffing, but my food has always been fresh and really good, and the staff has always been kind/apologetic to any delays.

The food is so good but holy cow the drive through sucks. Its 10 minutes waiting to be acknowledged at the speaker and then another 20+ to get food.

Poor service. I pulled up and waited at stall 1 where she asked me to wait. About 2 minutes into the wait, a car pulled to stall 2. I heard her ask them to wait as well. After ANOTHER two minutes, she took stall 2s order. Than about a minute after that order was taken, they finally came back to my stall. I asked why that happened and they said their system is confusing. It appears that the employees, and especially management, need to be trained on the system itself as well as customer service standards. I have never eaten at a slim chickens yet and was excited to try it. Unfortunately for them, I'll probably not return to this location.

I I ordered the slim chickens crispy chicken salad, and in a drink when I got home, there was no chicken in the salad. I immediately called and told them that the chicken was left off, but I didn’t wanna make a trip back to the store so they told me that they could send me something to get a refund and asked my name and address which I gave them. They told me within 10 days. I should get something in the mail that was a month and a half ago and I still have not received anything. It’s very disappointing.

Very pleasant experience. Our first time to try Slim Chickens. We both had the Big Dill Chicken sandwich and loved the sandwich. Very sweet waitress. Definitely will go back.
