I’ve gone to other locations where I ordered the 8 piece wings. Never have I’ve been given ONLY drummies. I perfer the mixture of both as I’m not a drum fan! Disappointed! I did call but was told the manager had stepped out! Didn’t call back because I don’t feel like going back out. Btw…the customer service at the window was nice.

All employees were Excellent! I had a bit of a wait in my food order, but they were so polite and helpful. Had a coupon, they were happy to help me figure out how to use the coupon from the app. Would recommend the mushrooms!!

Had a great experience at Slim Chicken. I order the grilled chicken which usually takes a bit longer than the fried chicken. I know this going there, but it usually isn't so long as to be an inconvenience. The bonus is the food is fresh. The gentleman at the window was kind and asked how my day was going. I received my food exactly as I ordered with the extra sauces. I love the amount of food I get for the price I pay here. Great experience!

Second time I've waited over 15 minutes for food. When i finally got to the window, they were out of an ordered (and paid for) item. Which, i was not compensated for. Will not return. Id rather drive to the Columbia location.

First time there. Menu a little confusing. The overhead electric menu was turned off for some reason. No condiments with food and did not see condiment bar close by so we had very dry food & no catchup for fries when we got to our picnic. Food OK. Jar dessert was good.

I had the awesome chance in running into Charlene one of the front office workers at slime chicken I didn’t know my ay around the menu well she set me a delightful stay I really did enjoy the flavors she picked out with me I hope to see her again she was a sweet face in an owl of down ppl but she made me feel Erich’s at home can you believe she catches the bus to make ends meet for her and her daughter she is a true assets to slim chicken I hope they never pass on such a wonderful female , thank you Charlene you made me feel at homeWheelchair accessibility: More
