I ordered 60 cupcakes and a 6” cake for my wedding. 20 of the 60 cupcakes were right, the other 40 had the wrong icing and the 6” cake the wrong cake. I was given $25 back bc “I consumed the product”. What else was I supposed to do? Not have a wedding cake and cupcakes? They were closed, never called me back after I left a message, I had to call them again and then their response was I consumed it so I can have $25 of $250 back for an order that 3/4 of it was wrong! Never again will I go there and I will spread the word so no one else has to experience blue and orange cup cakes on their wedding day without even an apology! Terrible!

Waited all week to get a small cakes, cupcake from here. 2 for $14. Seriously? I'm guessing with all the "5 star" reviews people in Jeff City have never had an actual small cakes, cupcake.Why on earth do you think the wrapper is so big? Because it's supposed to be filled. I get it, like everything else... the price goes up but the quantity becomes less and less.It use to take me 2 days to eat one of these cupcakes and never use to be so dry. Disappointing!

Thank you Smallcakes for an amazing cake for my dads 70th birthday party. The cake we got was flawlessly designed, delicious and a huge hit, and most importantly they went above and beyond with their customer service!! My daughter is allergic to a few key ingredients and they worked with us to make a few cupcakes that she could have! They were very diligent to make sure no allergens were present in her cupcakes as well! This means so much to us since most restaurants and bakeries roll their eyes at you when you ask about allergens. But not smallcakes!! They get it.

What a selection of cupcakes I had the wedding cake cupcake. This cupcake was so moist with plenty of icing. You’re missing out if you’re not going in to support this cupcake shop. Fantastic atmosphere very pleasant with great owners. Absolutely will be back.

My son herschel Andrew Lee White bought me these for mother's day may 6th I was so happy and they tasted so good we decided to do this every year... he passed away the next day ... in memory of him I will definitely buy these every holiday , they are delicious and allowed he and I to share such precious moments.... a cupcake can change some ones day and really add a smile and forever lasting memories...Elizabeth
