This will be the last time I leave a tip for the Smoothie King workers. The past 3 times I've come in to get a smoothie I leave a 20% tip and all three times I did not get a thank you, instead they asked if I wanted my receipt. Tips aren't really customary at drive thrus in my opinion, so when a customer leaves any type of tip it should be appreciated.. Very disappointed with the customer service.

The smoothies still taste great but the service left a bad taste in my mouth.I got a birthday reward and it was Friday so I thought I was supposed to get an upsize too, nope. The associate scanned it, it disappeared from my app, I go to pay and she still tried to charged full price. If that was the case she should have up sized it. I asked her, her name and she would not tell me. But she finally got it right and the name is on the receipt, Lindsay R. The fact that the rewards can not be used together and expire, is another aspect I think the company should rethink.

If you are going to indulge and enjoy your workout, do your best, then go to Smoothie King. Chill and enjoy chocolate, fruit, ginger, whatever you need - extra chocolate? Not saying this is everyone. But my experience was terrible. First I went to pay for order. It went through only partly I still has some amount due. Told them to take off some of the order so I could still get something, they said ok,, then the staff told me that I needed to run my card again. Still declined but I checked my bank acc and the partial amount I had already paid was already taken out of my bank acc. Then told me there was a refund and it was going to take some time. Been over a day and and still no refund. Then later I went to get something with a 50$ bill. And was told they don't accept those. 0 star in this case if I could. I'm down 24.50 and didn't get any product. And wasted my time twice.

I come to this location often and it is a pretty decent Smoothie King. The only issue is that the drive thru is extremely slow. Sometimes with only 3 or 4 cars in front of me it takes 30min to get through. There's no way to pull out either if your in line, so I suggest you don't go through the drive thru if your in a rush.
