I stopped by here on a whim this morning because I hadn’t had sonic breakfast in a while. My last few experiences around the US were not great, or even good for that matter. But today was different. The food was as delicious as I had built up in my mind. And the young lady working the window was so pleasant and cheerful, it has already made my day better.
The sign in the restroom said that Employees must wash hands! I had to wait almost 20 minutes for an employee to in to wash them for Me. He gave me some attitude at first but eventually did his job!
I went last night ordered online. Went through the drive through. Byron confirmed my order. He was pleasant, humble, and a blessing to work with. He advised me my order was in progress. He and his coworkers were on task to ensure the location was in tip top shape. The food was fresh and delicious. The drink was on point. Shout out to Byron and the team for great service! I will return! Y’all keep being amazing!!
