Not gonna lie I have set expectations for certain food chains before arriving and ordering, with that being said this Sonic absolutely surpassed my expectations and to be quite honest this is one of the best burger and tots I’ve had in years from ANY Sonic, the lady taking our order was absolutely thorough and did a magnificent job, the environment was more than welcoming and better than the locations in Columbia, absolutely worth my money

2/24/25: Fried chicken sandwich was RAW. Contacted manager “Des” who didn’t seem very concerned. For a six dollar “premium” sandwich you’d expect it to be at least cooked. Hopefully I don’t get salmonella poisoning.
2/25/25: Wanted to update my review, sonic didn’t want to make things right and only offered a simple refund for my experience. I don’t feel as if this is right considering I consumed raw chicken. I called the corporate office and that was a waste of time due to the fact I couldn’t understand the accent on the other line with screaming children in the background. I also have an upset stomach and diarrhea today due to this meal. Avoid this place at all costs.

I was not happy with their dinner last night little try not to complain but the tater tots was cold the quarter pounder with cheese was called her onion rings smelled up the whole car and her hamburger just seemed like they don't seem like the same hamburgers I will not go back again for a while I have not been there for at least 6 months and I bet it'll be at least 6 more months I don't think I took like three bites in my sandwich and two tater tots it was not worth the money and she is older so I had to turn left on the way

Will ask you if you want ranch or marinara and then will not give it to you. Isn't it kinda common sense to give marinara with mozzarella sticks? I guess not everyone has basic intelligence.

I always try to give more chances. But my food always seems to be messed up or just terrible. I stop here because it's on my way to work this morning. I waited quite a while for my sandwich . It was a BLT there was 2 and a 1/2 pieces of bacon burnt stuck together on one side of my sandwich and a trace of mayo.. it was awful im not picky but i was hungry! Late from waiting and still had bad breakfast!

I always have a really good experience here if I go later in the day but if I come by around opening time, it’s a 50/50 on whether or not they’re going to be open at the time posted online. There’s been a few times now I’ve gone through the drive thru around 6:15am-ish (give or take 5 minutes) and have been told either the manager wasn’t there so they couldn’t open yet or, like today, someone talked over the speaker after a minute and said they weren’t open yet and would be open in 15-20 minutes. If it was a one off thing I wouldn’t mind but considering it’s happened a few times I find it pretty odd. Most of the morning staff is really kind and quick so I don’t want this to reflect poorly on all of them but there’s at least a person or two causing late opens it seems.
Posts up on Google wrong times of opening. Manager saw us waiting when he went in. We waited till 7 the posted opening time mind you only to be told they don't open till 8. Manage your restaurant it's a bit pathetic
