Hamburger was over cooked, tots were cold. Carhops need more training....the one that brought my order out, walked off without payment, I had to call her back as she was walking off. Then while eating had a different one come to my window trying to deliver a drink that went somewhere else.

⭐️⭐️⭐️ Review for Sonic on Commerce Drive, Jefferson City
I stopped by recently with coupons for 4 corn dogs for $2, and it turned into a much bigger ordeal than it should have been. Three different employees came out, and each time there was confusion about the deal. I’m not saying the two gentlemen who helped were bad at their jobs, but they weren’t really trying to understand what I was explaining. It should have been simple, and I know this firsthand because I worked at Sonic for 5 years myself.
That said, I do want to commend Jaiden for her excellent customer service. She was polite, patient, and truly did her best to make things right. She stood out in the whole situation.
I’ll admit that my family and I were stressed (low blood sugar and kids in the car don’t help), so we probably didn’t make the situation easier either. Still, I hope the staff can work on paying closer attention and taking a little extra time to listen carefully to customers. It makes a big difference.
With some improvements, I know this location can do better — and I appreciate Jaiden for being a bright spot in the visit.

This sonic makes the best 'Nicole'. I have ordered at all sonics in Jeff, Como, and Fulton. This one has the best, every time!

We placed an order on the kiosk, waited for about 15 minutes, pressed the button to inquire about the order. The person was rude and said there was no order placed. When she actually went to check in it, it was put on another kiosk. She told us not to blame her she didn't do it. Then the wrong food and drink was sent out. Finally after 20 to 25 minutes ,the right good and drink arrived and we were told someone else paid for it so we didn't have too.

Service was great, the munu/ordering system is horrible. As soon as you pay with a card the screen errors and won't give a tip option. I had to go to the atm to actually tip which isn't acceptable

It's a fast food place so it only can be so great. It took my whole lunch and then some to get my food. I understand they get busy but I had ordered off the app got there checked in the screen said such n such will be right out with your order 10 mins pass I ding the red button and then they had gotten my meal to me. Had to of been 35 mins I sat there and waited.
