This sonic makes the best 'Nicole'. I have ordered at all sonics in Jeff, Como, and Fulton. This one has the best, every time!

We placed an order on the kiosk, waited for about 15 minutes, pressed the button to inquire about the order. The person was rude and said there was no order placed. When she actually went to check in it, it was put on another kiosk. She told us not to blame her she didn't do it. Then the wrong food and drink was sent out. Finally after 20 to 25 minutes ,the right good and drink arrived and we were told someone else paid for it so we didn't have too.

Service was great, the munu/ordering system is horrible. As soon as you pay with a card the screen errors and won't give a tip option. I had to go to the atm to actually tip which isn't acceptable

Always good, hot food. Service with a smile and they are always willing to fix any problems!
It's a fast food place so it only can be so great. It took my whole lunch and then some to get my food. I understand they get busy but I had ordered off the app got there checked in the screen said such n such will be right out with your order 10 mins pass I ding the red button and then they had gotten my meal to me. Had to of been 35 mins I sat there and waited.

I ordered 3 meals. They got 2 of the meals correct but they got the last meal completely wrong. They entered it in the system correctly. It is extremely frustrating.

Order was messed up it was right on the screen but on receipt came out totally messed up a different. Asked them to fix it a they were rude as heck about it. I asked to speak to manager she came out rude as heck an a was being loud. I will not be coming back to this sonic again. Need new management!!!
