Went to Starbucks after shopping at target tonight the girl behind the counter loudly announced that the were only closing in 3 minutes, huffed and rolled her eyes. Then she walked away while another employee came over to take my order. The second employee was pleasant and polite. I have never encountered a rude Starbucks employee until to night.

What's with the service here? Baristas acting like they know everything yet couldn't even heat a breakfast burrito fully. Actually disgusting having to bite into a cold burrito. Trash parking lot, expect to get stuck in Missouri Blvd like a clown while they take their time and still mess up the
1 star 6 months ago and another 1 star today. Editing last review.The 2 ladies taking orders this morning need to come to work with better attitudes. I shouldn't have ordered after I saw how they were treating others, because when I then questioned my tall black coffee being $4.37 instead of its usual $2.59, being told "that's just how it is" isn't customer service.Continues to be the worst location. Will return to Hyvee. Thanks, no thanks

Asked for a stopper two visits in a row. No stoppers. Coffee all over console.Flimsy cup disentagrated in my office. All over papers, computer and clothes.
