There was a gnat flying around in the display case. They mostly had drive-thru orders and they seemed preoccupied with those. Seemed like it took forever for people inside to get their orders. I didn’t hear my name called, so my drink probably sat on the counter for 10 minutes. When I asked if my name had been called, the girl pointed to my drink with my name in teeny tiny print and made me feel like I was the idiot.

So don’t ask for a specific drink if the manager is there because he will not special order your drink nor will he allow you to have the second part of the drink in another cup… never has this happen ever at a Starbucks🤦🏻♀️train your managers better than your employees 🤦🏻♀️

I've been going to this Starbucks for the last several months. My go to has been the pink drink for its delicious taste and refreshing. However, today was a bit different.I really enjoy the "fresh" Strawberries that Thrown in with the drink, making it all the more tasty. Took a second look at the fruit inside my drink. It was anything but fresh. Strawberry slice was rotten or at least past what most would deem "fresh". So caution to anybody ordering a Beverage, that contains fresh fruit. Pay attention.

This is a very chill Starbucks next to the capital mall. They are very clean and spacious and are not very busy. As for the friendliness of employees seems to lack enthusiasm. It’s a good Starbucks, but it seems like the employee seem very tired and overworked. I noticed this coming from the Starbucks is out west that these out this direction seem a little less happy or a little less enthused about their job. That makes the experience a little less of what it should be optimally and could be a little bit better. Other than that the Wi-Fi was fast and efficient no issues with the drink. The drink was made correctly, but it was without a smile.
Great Starbucks! My drinks are almost always ready to go when I'm picking up and they're quick to make them when I'm in-house. Great spot to sit and work for a while. Usually not too crowded and lots of natural light.
