Don't order with your personal cup here, the staff will complain about you right in front of you, get rude when you hand them your cup; and then tell you that they don't want to do personal cup orders when they're 'busy' (which they were not). So sad, this place used to be my favorite but they have officially lost a loyal customer who has been going weekly since opening day. What kind of business tells a customer they don't want their business when the customer just ordered something that the company offers and highly promotes?

i appreciate these workers so much! i recently made a mobile order for a shaken espresso but the shots were super sour so i went and asked for a remake and they were so nice! every time i’ve been here they’ve been busy and hard working.

Always VERY burnt coffee not the best coffee by far! I get so many gift cards I might as well use,but won't waste my money on Starbucks ever... Hey Starbucks your coffee is burnt no matter what state I am in there are far better places to get GOOD coffee!
They've gotten way better at making the coffee how you ask for it. That's all I ask for thank you

I’m upset, i waited 15 minutes for my singular grande pumpkin spice latte and instead I got a Venti Americano, which is straight black coffee. I’ve never had this issue before at Starbucks. Does it look like my name is Adrianne? now i feel bad bc adrianne isn’t getting their coffee. oh and mind you i used the mobile app, like if you weren’t sure who i was. ask what my name is. simply.

There drinks are good but the food is not so good. The drinks seems to be inconsistent and will be different every time. The service is good and the people are pretty cheery even in the morning. Even though the drinks are inconsistent they are still pretty good. There were a few times the drinks tasted like water or very bad coffee.
