Just moved to MO from TX and this is the closest Starbucks to my new place. It’s horrible. The attitudes of the workers here are ridiculous. I purchase a Cinnamon Dolce Latte everyday so I expect it to taste similar and I also want the cup filled to the top that’s why I say “no milk foam”. Noticed my coffee was missing the top 1/4 so I mentioned it to the barista. She started to argue with me about the milk foam so I asked her to please top it off and she proceeded to take her time steaming more milk to add to it. I’m a pretty patient person but this wasn’t a busy barista… this was someone taking her time on purpose. I will not be back to this location. If you’re looking to visit a Starbucks I recommend the one inside Target. They will be the store getting my daily drink order.

You either get a good drink here. Or a very bad poorly made drink. And mostly get a poorly made drink here. When asking for light ice they never follow that. Ex: the picture below was supposed to be light ice. I don’t think a cup half full of ice is light ice. Workers are rude here.

My reviews for this place seems to be shadily removed after some time. However, I don't mind coming back giving it the rating it deserves.Price - 1 star. Quality of food - 1 star. Service - 1 star. Parking - 1 star. Atmosphere? Good luck finding a place to sitEdit: I have sent a complaint to the manager of this location, only for nothing to happen and my previous review on here getting deleted. Starbucks expect sooo much respect from customers but can't be bothered to help or accept criticism. How do you even have a 4 star average? Most of the recent reviews are negative because of the incompetence

Jefferson City, Missouri, MISSOURI BLVD location is about the only Starbucks i visit in the Jefferson City area! Great early morning hours, opening at 5am each morning is the PERFECT time for coffee and getting a jump on the day!

Man this one has gone down hill. I ordered in app and got notified that my order was ready. So I walked in and only my drink was there in the pick up early, so once someone actually acknowledged me I asked about my son's cake pop. The lady was rude and stated she only made my drink and I'd have to wait on the one guy doing food very slowly.I know a cake pop is involved (insert sarcasm) . Peel the packaging back, picking up the pop, put it in the bag. I literally stood there for 10 or more minutes waiting on one cake pop AFTER my app alerted me that my order was ready and my coffee was getting cold.
Seems they only take care of online orders. This has happened a few times when I walk in for just 2 cups of coffee and I am the only customer with 5 employees have to wait a long time.

Waited over 20 minutes in the drive through for one coffee. There were at least 5 employees inside that I could see and only 2 customers inside. At least 7 cars left the drive through because of the wait. Terrible service!!

3.5 stars.Newish location...actually a refreshing throwback to when Starbucks served up a little "vibe" along with their beverages. Hope they can stay that way.
