The steak and shake in my city closed down, so seeing this while vacationing was a a wonderful treat! Great hamburgers and fries with really nice staff! I went twice this week and was going to grab lunch before coming back to KC, but it was opening late. Weather and sickness hit JC hard this week, so it's totally understandable.

Literally just Had a frisco melt meat was pink (undercooked) bread was barely toasted it was soggy, I’m sorry but yall need to be shut down if this is how you think food service should be. I order Steak ‘n Shake because I just got done shoveling my driveway and I was tired I just wanted some good food but it’s my fault for thinking it would be good

I got some food from this place and they do make very good food. One of the gentleman in there named Jeff with bleached hair. He was absolutely amazing and well spoken and respectful. Highly recommend if you’re passing through town or just around it’s a good place to eat.

It's good, but the milkshake is now served in a smaller Styrofoam cup instead of the previous glass or plastic dish. That changes the atmosphere.
The server called me "hon," which I don't like. Ma'am is more respectful to older person.

I eat here often. Inexpensive sit-down restaurant. Quick service and great staff. I wish they had wi-fi. Update. Menu has been pared down. Unacceptable to delete the Orange ? Freeze! I don't go there much anymore.
