Inside the capital city mall so the atmosphere is what it is. The owners are very kind, food is always cooked well. I never get the feeling it was yesterday's chicken like at other similar restaurants. We come here once a week.

Best Chinese in town full stop. Friendly owners/employees, reasonable prices, quick service if you remember it’s 1 man cooking everything

Always super happy and extremely professional! They make the food where you can see what’s going on and have never let me down. They have good strong flavors and when it says spicy it’s spicy! So if your not one to like a small kick don’t get any spicy stuff. Again never had a problem here and though it seems high in price it’s not bad at all.
Vegetarian options: They do have like veggie options like rice and noddles with veggies! I’m pretty sure they have just veggie stuff as well!
Wheelchair accessibility: Definitely easy to access and you can use a wheelchair as they are in the mall

Staff interaction with customers was less than friendly. Egg roll was doughy, not crispy, food not as flavorable as other restaurants. Not going back.

The sign in the restroom said that Employees must wash hands. I had to wait almost 20 minutes until a employee came in to wash them for Me. He gave me some attitude at first, but eventually did his job!

Asked for fried rice gave me a small box of white rice bad service
Today I visited this place for a little snack after I did a lot of shopping. I was hungry. I ordered two spring rolls and a lady with a black apron on took my order. She quoted the price and asked if that was ok. I thought that was strange to ask, because if that’s the price, it has to be ok, right?
I take them back to my seat. I don’t order a drink because I have one in my bag. After inhaling the first roll because I was so hungry, the aftertaste hit me and the cabbage tasted off.
I return to the counter and I politely explain the issue. I ask for a replacement order; crab rangoon will do. She tells me she can’t do that - it’s against policy. So I ask to speak to a manager. She claims to be so.
So I ask for a refund. She tells me she can’t give me a refund because I didn’t eat it all. I asked if I choke down the other one, can I have a refund. She says yes.
I take the other spring roll back to my seat and I choke it down. It’s bad enough that I waited a long time for them, but then forced to eat them when they’re off.
I return to the counter and she refunds me the 3.55 for the two spring rolls. Maybe 3.55 isn’t much money but it’s a lot for a girl starting a divorce. That’s why I ate a bad roll. You do what you gotta do.
