The kid working here last night (learned from survey response he's related to the owner) was rude, argumentative, and clearly hated his job. Argued about how to make the subs, the portions for the wraps (charged as a 12" with 12" portions) but refused to put the proper serving, cited he was "taught differently," refused to allow us to buy the extra portion, citing it was against policy and "not allowed," threatened to kick us out for asking the questions we did. Will never come here again. Don't recommend this location for anyone.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST RESTAURANT, DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!!! I am not one to write negative reviews, but this particular situation an negative review is in order. I ordered on the app per usual, and walked into the correct restaurant I verified, said I had an online order and the manger said no they didn't have one. I showed him my receipt and order and he said yes this was the correct restaurant and refused to honor my order. Stated that since he never got it, he won't make it. He only suggested I try to order again and pay again, yet I have been charged and no order. In all my life I have bever been treated with such disrespect, This person does notbelong in customer service. I left the restaurant with no lunch and or resolution on to a refund of my order. Very very disappointing!

Service was bad, service person was very rude, food was not fresh. Coupons were not accepted in this branch. Very minimal ingredients in my sandwich. And the bread, veggies are not fresh. Very disappointing experience. This is 3rd time it happened to me. I don’t recommend this restaurant.

They are horrible I told the man I wanted honey mustard on my sandwich he grab the mustered and put it on my steak sandwich I told him what I said he began to tell me that I said mustard the customer behind me tell him no she said honey mustard not mustard the employees began to argue with me and the next customer about what he though I said long story short he asked me what else I want on my sandwich I told I don’t want mustered I know that for sure he grab the sandwich off the table and slams it in the trash and went in with the next person in line and refused to make my sandwich this is ridiculous

Has to be the worst subway you could go to in Jefferson City period first off they don’t accept coupons. Then secondly they absolutely suck with the ingredients on a sandwich is like you’re eating bread. Also very poor attitude service.
They definitely need to take soup off the menu..love the soups at subway I've tried atleast 10 different locations atlas 4 different states either they didn't have the soup or they didn't have the bowls..

The wife and I walked in around 5:00 I told them that I wanted the Bella Mazza provolone substituted not toasted whenever I told them that I didn't want it toasted and I wanted substituted for provolone the guy looks and goes well this is my store this how it's going to be my wife said customers are always right and he goes okay fine get out of my store and never return keep in mind these are Arabs
