I’m completely done with Subways. The food isn't that good and the bread is a disgusting dehydrated blob but really the customer service sucks too. They make it super hard to use the deals on their app. I’ve seen this all over the country but now here in Jeff City I came in with printed coupons that were mailed to me and they said “they only take them on Fridays and Saturdays but they don’t print it on the coupon.” I was like the coupon expires Thursday and they just shrugged their shoulders.

This location now only accepts coupons on Saturday and Sunday. So, basically the owner or manager who came up with that has no business sense. Let us know when that changes. Won't be back until that policy is gone. Stupid beyond belief.

The gentleman that works weekend evenings needs a raise, seriously. He is amazing, I keep forgetting to ask him his name, but Subway couldn't ask for a better employee, always energetic, in a good mood, polite and anything else positive you can think of he's an all around great person. Keep him happy, Subway, he earns his wages.

Parking: This is a shared strip mall type area so there are 3 or 4 other businesses using the same large lot, but no problems.
Wheelchair accessibility: All level inside, roomy and easy to get around in.
Not the biggest fan. We have came here semi regularly. The young manager lady is not the friendliest. She always rushes us through and today she assumed that we were getting the same order we normally do but didn't verify it with us before making the subs. We always ask for extra veggies and she puts little of everything. I asked for more onions and she said they are under the veggies. I asked nicely again for "more" and then she added very little more. Also the women's bathroom floor was so sticky and there was a black ring around the inside of the toilet from not cleaning in awhile.

I asked for a little bit of yellow mustard. He put so much mustard on there, it was running out and off of the sandwich. Far beyond a “normal” amount of yellow mustard. He knew he did it, didn’t apologize or try to make it right. None of the employees look like they like being there. Very stoic when you enter and order. No smiles. The outdoor seating is nice on a nice day. Love this option. The chairs need replaced. They are loungers. No one lounges while eating at a table. Other than my mustard soaked sandwich, the food was good.

Came after work & stood there for 20 mins before anyone acknowledged me! Waited another 10 mins and then left. There was no one else in line

Did not get to order anything because you have. Two employees working and was working on a order that was called in and refused to help me because it took two of them to work on one order. Seriously, One could have worked on the cold in order and 1 could have been helping the people in the store. But they refused to be separated because apparently they only have one brain cell. I will never go back there again!!

This subway does not honor Subway coupons. Sandwich was ok but 2 6” sandwiches plus drink was $24. Could eat at a real restaurant for that!
