Got supreme tacos and nacho fries. They were mediocre but the fries were nasty. Soggy. Taco bell is way to pricey these day for what you get.

Don't order at the kiosk inside! It will say the order went through and the payment went through. Then you'll wait 20 minutes thinking you're getting food just to be told that they hand no record of your order. And there will be someone else in line behind who finds out the same thing. Do yourself a favor and go get Popeyes. That's what I did but with the 20 plus minute delay. I'm sure it's not the staff's fault but the system is worse than terrible.

Absolutely awful! Very dirty restaurant. Kiosk thing is a confusing joke. Staff is very rude. Didn't get my entire order and when I brought it to the employees attention he became angry and did not give me the food I paid for. Good chain but this location is horrible.

I met a friend for a small Christmas get together at 11:30 am at Taco Bell. We placed our order on the kiosk and I chose to dine in and pay cash. We waited 30 minutes and finally when to check on our food. We were told because the drive thru was backed up they got priority so we would get our food when they could get to it. Then when I tried to pay they had no $5, $1, quarters or dimes to make change so I got $4.05 in nickels. When our order was finally ready she said she packed it to go because they were closing the lobby. What the heck is the. I was told they only had 3 workers and had to close the lobby. If you can’t serve the people then you need to permanently close down.
Store can even complete a simple order.
