The rice is crunchy the inside smelled like someone had just destroyed the bathroom The staff was nice, they seemed to have their hands full, didn't seem fully staffed or trained and I think they should pay those people in there better because this used to be the best taco bell and it's not anymore. I blame the people responsible for paying the employees and staffing the building properly. I saw a manager. She was trying her hardest to keep everything running smoothly, I don't blame her. But whoever is actually in charge there needs to be more attentive and involved.

My wife and I are TB fanatics and go every Friday and try different ones around the globe! This location has made our top 5 in taste, quality, and friendliness!!!
Beans were super fresh, Gordita was insanely good and consistent all the way down, and the team was just a delight on the speaker and the window.

Came here around 10pm. Had some time at work so I decided to get food. This location used to be great but these kids do not care one bit. Waited at the window while a bunch of them just ran their mouths to each other taking turns looking at me. Finally got my order and 3 items were missing. By that time I didn't care and I had to get back to work. I'll just get Pizza Hut from now on. At least their employees act like they give a crap and give you what you pay for. If zero stars was an option I'd give it. I'll never be back here.

Tanner is probably THE BEST drive though worker I think I’ve ever heard. The energy, you could hear his smile in his voice alone. There’s not a lot of them left tanner, keep killing it. Your going places babe.
Anytime I order over the weekend, the phones are shut off and the mobile services are always down. Instead of the employees clarifying they got these turned off, they just say oh there’s no orders and continue to be unhelpful. Sounds like people need to be attended of instead of letting them push people away from your business

The guy that took my order in the drive-thru was so cool. He had this unique and up-beat way of speaking when he greeted me and it carried through until I was handed my food. If only they were all like that. The food was okay. I had tacos and they were a little thin on ingredients, but what was there tasted pretty good.
