I had an online order already paid for and 40 minutes till I had to be somewhere. 50 minutes later I walked out without my food (that was already paid for) and late to my event. Severely understaffed. Will very likely not go back there.

They say they're open on Thanksgiving, but they're really not.They ask you what you want to order.And then they'll be go quiet And act like nobody's there and we'll ignore you the whole time I've set for ten minutes at the drive through just because they wanted ignore me after they wanted to take my order

Just went through drive thru tonight ordered number #8 - Supreme nacho locos tacos (wasn't supreme), large nacho fries (not large or fresh) and big cheezit crunch wrap was awful!!! The cook didn't even care what he/she was serving. Think I will not stop here for a while. The cook needs to think about what he/she is serving before he/she sends it forward to the customer. It hasn't been this bad in awhile.

They need to hire better employees! They were rude and a man who took my order called me a man when I am clearly a woman! The woman at the window is very rude! They rushed me and were laughing and sighing when I was trying to order! The food was horrible and tasted old. Then when I came to the window they tried to charge me for a party box that I never ordered and started being extra rude! They need to be fired!

Anytime we have visited the service wasn’t bad. But tonight was. Our total was $25.20 and I gave the young girl in the window $26.00 and she didn’t give us any change and argued that we gave her the $25.20. A older woman came into the window and said got an attitude with us. Also we had ordered 2 drinks but only 1 was rung up, the older woman got an attitude again with us but gave us the drink anyway, and told us that she asked if the screen was correct and that she would have read off our order if we had asked.
