Last time I will ever try to use this business! It is 6 pm on a Saturday. Doors are locked worker inside working will not even look up. People in restaurant eating look confused as to why we are locked out . Another terrible experience.

They gave me the wrong order and didn’t even apologize for it and I’m a DoorDash driver so it probably cost me about $10 to make the order right

This is the world's slowest taco bell. Someone called Guinness.

This has to be the slowest Taco Bell in the world. Came here a couple years ago, there were two people ahead of us, still took over twenty minutes. Half ths order was wrong. Swore I would never come here again.
Well, due to a lack of attention on my part, I was there again a couple days ago. Only ordered one item. Took 25 minutes. At least this time the order was correct.
Pretty sure there were only two or three employees both times. They can only do so much so I don't want to blame them.
Management needs to get their butt in there and help out.
My advice, if you do go there stop at the nearby McDonald's first, that way you don't starve to death waiting on this place.

If I could give this review a -1 I 100% would.placed a order online when I got to the store I waited about 5 minutes before anyone even approached me I told them I had a order placed online they then told be they checked me in I then waited another 10 minutes before I got there attention again to find out what was talking so long.dasia told me I was put in line as if I had just ordered my food and was extremely rude.
I'm not sure what the point of ordering online if I still have to wait just as long as going to order at the store.very extremely disappointed with the service and how Dasia handled the interaction.this is not the first time I have had issues with this location.1000% recommend going to another location.

You’d think after the first few times I’d know better than to keep giving chances in hope I’d actually get my order. But yet again I waited 20 minutes in the drive through with only 4 cars ahead of me to be handed a crumpled up bad with cold food that was completely different than what I ordered. It’s fast food so I know not to expect too much but it’s the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. You should just drive farther to go to another one in town.

While I have not visited every Taco Bell, I'm confident that it is the worst one in existence. If you are hungry late at night, the gas station down the road is a much better option.

went there today 8/26/2025 at about 1:10pm
the gordita bread was not done right
the basic beef soft tacos were terrible
and when ordering through drive through the guy on the speaker said I could only pay with card or EXACT CHANGE.
I don't like being told how I MUST PAY.
sense when did we start demanding exact change.
do you guys forget to keep money in the register ?
or are you just to lazy to make change over there?
yes cash and coins is still a thing in current era so if I only bring cash I expect you to take the legal tender and give me my change back. it sounds like that is to complicated for you over there so I will not be going back for quite awhile instead give my business to restaraunts that still know how cash works.
plus as previously mentioned the food was gross anyway.
