I would give zero stars if I could. Went to drive thru at 930am and the woman told me they were out of breakfast and eggs take 2 hours to cook and then they would end up wasting eggs for my order. Absolutely unacceptable. You serve breakfast til 11am. Left drive thru without anything.

Drove up to grab a quick breakfast before work. Four workers sitting out front smoking. I say hello at the drive thru. The woman asked what would I like. I stated my order. Then silence. I waited a minute or two. Said hello again. No response. Waited another minute. Pulled around to the window. Nobody there. Another worker pulls in with the others and now there are FIVE workers smoking out front and nobody taking orders. I rarely go to T Bell but there are next door to my work. I will not go back. Horrible experience

Staff very rude, we went through driveup because we all were sick. Menu hard to read from our car Lady working that day named dawn kept trying to say if we wanted anything else. Was told by dawn since we had trouble reading we should have came inside. Another older lady came to the window and told us they were on a time schedule at drive up and we caused them to slow down with our order. We will never stop at this taco bell again if they continue to have mean people working for them, our food was put together so bad everything fell apart was cold inside taco shell lettuce & meat tasted bad we through most of our food away. May never go to a taco bell again have told several of our friends that live in Jefferson city how bad we were treated.
This is like the third time I have ordered food and get home and there is something missing. I will never go here again. Poor service. Workers seem to care more about getting there next break then worrying about the food customers ordered.

When I am there, they are rude to all customers, won’t come to the counter to take an order and make everyone use the kiosk, they don’t ever get an order right and refuse to refund the money, they take at least 30-45 minutes to make an order and another 10-20 minutes getting around to handing it to you. I used to like Taco Bell, but after today I am done with Taco Bell

Went to Taco Bell this morning on 11/12/23 the lady that took my order was extremely rude. I ordered 4 hash browns & she seemed to get mad because they didn’t have that many prepared. Ordered 3 breakfast tacos & 1 grande burrito with sausage on the side. My order never showed up on the order screen so when I got to the window the lady was trying to charge me 22$. They had my order wrong I could hear the people in the background snaking their lips & grunting as if it was my fault. Get home open up the taco & it looked as if was made for a 2 year old child, they put the bare minimum on it refer to the picture. I would not use this Taco Bell they are very rude & unprofessional. Don’t waste your time or money here they don’t care

They employees were pleasant. I went through the dive thru, the parking lot was a bit rough in some places. The food was good but a bit thrown together a bit messy and they forgot to give me the sauce I asked for. Overall a pretty good experience.
