Ordered thru drive thru asked for no sour cream. Of course it has it. I went it the manager argued with me saying it didn't I asked what's this white stuff then? Re made it went back truck started eating guess what sour cream again. I went back in and ask the manager again what the white stuff and he argued again. And I felt very offended and threatened while I got my money back and was leaving the store

Their service was very friendly and their food was good. I have missed Taco Bell since Eldon took their Taco Bell out so it felt like a treat to go there today.

Parking lot and drive thru area needs to be cleaned. Staff was friendly but the crunchwrap and Chicken cantina soft taco were lacking in the amount of filling (food). Not sure if this is just a taco bell thing, b/c I haven't eaten at one in awhile.

Cant never get the order right. Especially the online doordash. Put sauce on there, nothing. Forget about it. I’ve called many times, no one answers. Managers don’t care. They all must be lazy. I’m not a Karen but holy Jesus. Even the order itself, Please fix your stuff. If you can’t even put a few or even one sauce packet when asked, don’t work at all. If your can’t do the order as it put in on the app be unemployed.🤷‍♀️

There was no cheese on the tacos, but 2 or 3 shreds. The tostada only had food in the middle instead of covering the whole thing. Again, with really no ingredients on it. What a waste of money. I do not suggest using this taco bell even if you're starving.

We were told at drive thru that we needed to wait 10 minutes to place our order because they were to busy doing door dash orders so we waited, then when we went to eat the food, it was so gross so sloppily made I couldn't even eat it. Staff was so rude. Worst, I have ever incountered I will never go back.

Don’t go here on your lunch break. You’ll never get your food and the manager will tell the staff to ignore you. You won’t get a refund if you use the mobile app, either. So I’m out money, out food, and out of my lunch break. Worst Taco Bell on the earth.
