Our waitress, Sophie, was absolutely fantastic! Although we had a large party, it did not stop her from being an absolute rockstar! She was kind, attentive, and never forgot anything that we request. A great attitude and even better service. Keep up the great work, Sophie!

Friendly fast service, feel like a VIP when you ask for Ernie. Never had steaks around this town until here, and they do it right, if not, tell them, I’m sure they’d make it right. Plenty of staff, all super friendly, and with the app, waitlist is a must! Always my once a month treat here!

Trinity at the Jeff City Texas Roadhouse is by far the best waitress I’ve ever had. I also observed her clearing tables and she is fast and efficient. They are lucky to have her. 10/10 service and will be coming back. She was kind and attentive. 💫

I had a gift card I'd forgotten about and decided to hot Texas Roadhouse up for a steak. The last time I was there my steak wasn't so good. I thought I'd give em another try. It was cold today. 22 degrees when I went in. I was promptly seated and the waitress was very nice. I knew right away after she seated us it was too damn cold to sit there. I asked her to move to a warmer table, to which she accommodated me. The restaurant was just cold period, but it was warmer where we sat the second time.
I ordered the 12 oz ribeye, medium, and it came out perfect! Their steaks are always good when they are cooked right. This one was.
All in all it was a great experience and will go back again for sure. 👈

My first time visiting this particular location. Everything actually was fine, at least from first sight lol, packed out house but fun nothing too crazy still a nice atmosphere. UNTIL 10 minutes goes by and as I'm sitting at the bar multiple staff members began discussing another staff member loudly, complaining and mad from frustration. So I started to look around to see if maybe I'm tripping but no lol. The customers heard it as well, and from that point now they're engaged talking to staff about it, like wow. That was a very poor display of professionalism by staff and management as all were involved at the bar. In-house problems should be handled behind closed doors not in face the public. Not all of the staff...I repeat NOT all. My ribeye and drinks were great. Overall not too bad beside what I already mentioned.

They were slammed packed (as to be expected ☺️) and our service was still top notch. Our waitress was very kind and never let our drinks run out, even as busy as she was. Our food came quickly and was super tender. The steak was cooked exactly as ordered and melted in your mouth. Definitely our new favorite date night spot ❤️
