They over charged me. I call them and they said they'll call me back tomorrow. They called back and gave me a speedy refund. Been there several times since. Awesome place.

Waitress was busy, but I'd like to have more than one cup of coffee an hour. Forgot my wife's broccoli, asked for items to be placed in individual bowls/plates to no avail. Everything dry, that I wanted to remain dry, did not. Always unbearably loud here. Unenjoyable experience. Luckily, the food was good.
The owner says thanks for letting them know how they can improve. This was the third strike for this establishment. Not had good service all 3 visits.. Informed staff on site the previous two times. Having information and not using it to resolve the issues.... Seems like poor management... Did anyone notice there was no apology? I feel like I matter so much. I think our waitress had issues with mixed race couples, or so it seemed. I'll apologize. I'm sorry I put my spouse in this environment.
