Our waitress was absent,she got our food and drink orders,came back with drinks,someone else brought our food to us,I had to stop another server to get a refill,after it being empty,along time,( I could understand if they were busy or short staffed,which didn't seem to be the case,as she wasn't anywhere to be seen)I then had to stop another server for to go boxes..when we were finished..I wanted to pay cash. .but again..no server..ended up paying with card on the machine on the table,noticed our server,waiting on another table on the way out..she didn't even recognize us..it's not like we were rude or demanding in anyway..my dates steak was supposed to be medium rare,( a nice pink) it was very rare( red and chewy) she couldn't eat it,woulda sent it back..if we had a server,I just traded her

This was a horrible experience for my family and myself. We will never be going back to here again. We had a very rude server the whole time and her service was horrible, she split my drink, then left the table all sticky and complained that it got all over HER, nevermind myself and my table. She got an attitude with my kids when they asked a question and then we were not even done eating and she was rushing us out the door. I hope they change some things around cause service is everything and if I'm spending decent money at a steakhouse I expect great service too.

I shouldn't go to a steak house at the busiest time of the weekend, but I did. our cook reversed our cooking preferences and it took 20 minutes to redo. The rattlesnake bites were a pleasant surprise. Worth a visit.?Vegetarian options: Get a salad ?

Baked potato was sent back...cold. steak was too chewy..didnt eat it all. Wifes catfish was sub par. Too much dark meat on it. No good. Green beans good. Chicken was good.
