This was our first time to visit. Nothing spectacular about our meals. One had to be sent back because it was cold. Also very slow to come out. Our waitress was very unpleasant. It's susposed to be fine dining. The building is neat but definitely doesn't have a fine dining vibe. We may give it another shot but definitely not a place I will crave.

It was our first visit and our server Mark was absolutely so sweet, had the BEST recommendations! Super attentive and funny, the highlight of our visit really. He created a safe space and atmosphere for me and my husband. My husband got the Ribeye and I got the lamb chops. His steak was so perfect! Lol We definitely enjoyed ourselves.

Food and service were great. Mark was our waiter and made an excellent recommendation on how to have the duck cooked. It was delicious! My friend had the fillet and loved it. Drinks were good- a little weird to see the ice cream sundae style bright red maraschino cherries in a fancy drink- maybe get some of the darker cocktail style cherries?

I was in Jefferson City overnight for a work trip. I ate at the Grand Cafe for dinner (Airline Chicken) and enjoyed it so much that I returned the next day for lunch (Cobb salad). Both meals and experiences were fantastic.
I spend a lot of time in major metropolitan areas (I live in one and travel to others for work). The Grand Cafe stacks up very well against many foodie-recommended restaurants in big cities I have tried. Highly recommend!
Came for a very disappointing birthday lunch. The bourbon cherry coke was hardly drinkable and the lunch entrée rather underwhelming. Fries were good though.

A top tier experience in downtown Jefferson City! I came here for a business meeting, and the ambiance was excellent, the foodnwas top notch, and the service was prompt and charming. I will definitely be coming back the next time I'm in town.

The wrap my wife ordered, buffalo chicken, was excellent; good flavor without a lot of heat. The wrap was messy, but worth it. I ordered the flank steak sandwich which was okay, but a big mess to eat. The food was good but I felt overdressed. Coveralls or a big plastic bib with a cartoon character would seem more appropriate.
