Three Story Coffee at the Millbottom

Three Story Coffee is an absolute gem in the middle of Jefferson City and if you are any where near the State Capital it is worth the small trip down the hill from it for the beat coffee in Missouri. I know that is a bold claim, since taste is super subjective, but try it yourself and prove me wrong. I know you have to ask to see latte art, and they're happy to oblige, but it is because they are trying to make the best, most consistent coffee drink for you, not fanciful art that you drink up in a few moments. I live no where near this place, and go out of my way to stop there since 2017.

We stayed at The Millbottom for a wedding weekend. My sister came over for hair and makeup, and last minute, I was told that I needed to provide breakfast. We are from St. Louis, and did not bring anything. We went to Three Story and asked them if they did baked goods. They went above and beyond, and provided us with amazing scones, that were so good. They were kind, accommodating, and helpful. (Also, we had their coffee in the morning and it was delicious.)

Perfectly located for visitors and employees of the Capitol. Three Story has rather good coffee and the person working at this location always seems to be exceptionally friendly.

Locally owned small business, that's doing the most amazing things, internationally!! Once you learn how and where they source their coffee, that alone will make you want to support them! Their coffee, and selections are unique and delicious! Some of the best coffee I've ever had was at 3-Story! Staff is just as great as the coffee, how they source it, and the relaxing atmosphere!

Three Story has the best made-from-scratch coffee flavors- Pumpkin Spice has just the right amount of rich flavor, not too sweet & smells heavenly. Besides seasonal homemade syrups there are also the gold standards: vanilla, caramel, mocha, honey, and sweet cinnamon.The best part of the coffee shop experience is the friendly barista! He always greets you warmly and is cool under pressure during the morning rush while still being kind and attentive to customers. This guy knows quality control, every latte has been spot on, every time.If you get the chance try their Blueberry and Lemon scones... they are the absolute best.

The hot chocolate with the vanilla is really good truly recommend

I was really impressed with the staff at this coffee shop. The coffee shop was in an amazing location. The coffee was outstanding. The baked goods were extremely well made and high-quality. The price was very effective as well. I really enjoyed my visit there.

The cold brew is absolutely the best in town it is amazing

One of the few coffee shops that gets a 5 star from me.Small, charmingly so. No indoor seating but lovely outdoor patio. OLD concrete floors and wood built-ins make me want to work there.Now to the coffee:. Leans toward sweeter, less acidic and less bitter.Caramel sauce must be homemade. So rich in flavor.Milk is from a local creamery, in glass bottles. They take that level of care!There are a few baked goods but really not much. They are great with coffee and the space doesn't make them big enough for much more.
