Three Story Coffee is an absolute gem in the middle of Jefferson City and if you are any where near the State Capital it is worth the small trip down the hill from it for the beat coffee in Missouri. I know that is a bold claim, since taste is super subjective, but try it yourself and prove me wrong. I know you have to ask to see latte art, and they're happy to oblige, but it is because they are trying to make the best, most consistent coffee drink for you, not fanciful art...
We stayed at The Millbottom for a wedding weekend. My sister came over for hair and makeup, and last minute, I was told that I needed to provide breakfast. We are from St. Louis, and did not bring anything. We went to Three Story and asked them if they did baked goods. They went above and beyond, and provided us with amazing scones, that were so good. They were kind, accommodating, and helpful. (Also, we had their coffee in the morning and it was delicious.)
Locally owned small business, that's doing the most amazing things, internationally!! Once you learn how and where they source their coffee, that alone will make you want to support them! Their coffee, and selections are unique and delicious! Some of the best coffee I've ever had was at 3-Story! Staff is just as great as the coffee, how they source it, and the relaxing atmosphere!
