Went to drive thru tonight near 10:30pm and waited for my food. My issue is there was a good 10-15 minute wait and that's okay. The guy at the drive thru window apologized for my wait. I could tell the fries were hot so I was grateful and pulled off. However, when I checked my single with cheese, it was barely warm. It's so frustrating to pay so much and get so little. It's almost normal to expect cold food or an incorrect order. I should have known better.

My Dave's double burger was hard around the edges, both patties😮‍💨... defined over cooked.
This is the first time I have received food of this caliber from this Wendy's.

Ordered a pretzel burger in the drive thru and after i paid they said they didnt have the pretzel buns so we took regular buns and instead of making the pretzel burger without the pretzel bun they made a regular double bacon burger with no cheese and the fries were old and cold. So ridiculous.

I had 3 chicken nuggets that looked like someone had bit into them the service was bad I was rushed through ordering and the lady at the window was rude with me. So in all not happy at all

I was 7:44pm they was playing bad music that was inappropriate for kids it was talking about nasty things and we had 3 kids in the car and they was wondering what they were talking about so this is not cool. On September 27 at the front where you pay your money.

I had placed an online order and when I arrived at the store was told they were out if chili. (I had ordered two large chili cups) the manager who came off very rude told me to either cancel the items or get fries instead. When I tried to cancel it wouldn't let me since the store had claimed my order. I was not given a replacement food or a refund and instead told to reach out to customer service. I then had to go through the line twice because the food I ordered that they did have didn't all get baged

This is the worst restaurant I have ever been to i waited 25 minutes to get my food and when they gave it was ice cold I asked for a refund and they said I had to call customer service to see if a refund was within reason
