My food was all lukewarm and also soggy. Bad fries and nuggets. Sprite had a weird flavor to it that i did not ask for. Also, when i pulled up the lady asked me if I wanted a large drink for a dollar and I said yes. Then they charged me 2.99.

Twice I have paid for my food via the mobile app, and have been told I still owe the store money. I have shown the proof as well for the app saying it was paid, as well as the paid amount showing pending in my banking account. Not sure if it is an app issue or store issue, but don't really like paying more for my food than the total I am given.
The food was cold. I sat in the drive-through behind a truck for 5 minutes while he was ordering. When I pulled up, I was told they would be with me in a second. After 3 minutes, I had to honk the horn they took my order and I paid. The kid working in the drive-though kept talking to the guy in the truck for another 5 minutes. I pulled up to get my food, and my lunch sat there in the bag for almost an additional 3 minutes while he attempted to make the drink I ordered. I strongly recommend going to a different location and avoid this Wendy's branch.
