Me and my friend went here and got the 20 piece combo deal. Everything was great as always. We’ve been here multiple times and never had a problem until this morning. We woke up with our bellies rumbling and a fever. My brother worked there for an hour until he walked out bc of how nasty it was. Said they leave the wings in a bucket at room temp and change their oil once a year. They only cook the wings for half the time bc if they cook the wings for the full amount they’re black from the dirty grease. Don’t go here anymore unless you want food poisoning.

All of the employees were professional and had fun personalities. The food was hot and fresh! Had some EarLitty fries! Yes, they were 🔥🔥🔥
First, the website didn’t work, number of people came in to say this. I was suppose to get 5 free wings. I got charged. The manager did reimburse me for this, so that’s good. Went downhill from there. They messed my order up three times. First time they lost my order. Second time took awhile, and got my order got placed on rack and sat there for awhile. Nobody called my name out that order was ready. When they gave it to me it was cold and wrong. I ordered boneless wings for my wife and bone-in for me. Last order was all boneless and wrong sauces. Instead of waiting a fourth time, I told cashier this order is wrong, yet I’n taking it and leaving. Third time wasn’t a charm. I’ve been there before, while it may have taken a little bit to get my order, I at least got it and it was right. Don’t even know what sauces I got on chicken. At least the fries and corn were ok. I will say the manager was trying and seemed to be having to do things himself.

I don’t understand the hype! Chicken wings are bland, fries are soggy and I never got my ranch!! First time trying and I will never go back :(

Take out. I screwed up and ordered a special on boneless Wings and I really wanted bone in wings. AJ replaced my order and made it all good. They have the best bonein wings and seasonings. I highly recommend wingstop for any of your needs. Management went the extra mile to satisfy this customer.Even when it was my fault. God bless you wingstop.
I'm having a hard time giving all of these chicken shacks a good review. How many ways can someone try to reinvent the chicken nugget? The flavor was a bit bland with a tender nugget. We ordered the mild. The fries are hand cut beautiful fries with a very confused seasoning salty and sweet? Try them if you must they do not have a non breaded chicken sandwich ? Underwhelming at best?
