Oh, WOW. What good to say about this place is NO MUCH REALLY. Place extremely DIRTY as well employees clothes, employees smoking outside on the back door. Talking amount themselves JOKING, AROUND, NOT helping customers, I PICKED up orders for third party vendor. Waiting time is horrible. They could pack the food better. They need to provide the receipt in the ORDERS since we are required to take a PICTURES for the record of the customers. Tables had a basket with leftover food. Tables dirty, area where sodas machine is located disgusting. I pick up orders from here, but personally, I will not eat here or buy anything from this place for myself or my family.
This location needs to improve their services and cleanliness 100%.

Been thinking of going to Wing Stop for years never been till now. Unfortunately I was very disappointed the chicken was greasy and any dipping sauce is extra. Fries I heard were great they were very mid to lower tier. I don't think I'll be back.

TERRIBLE customer service at the store! I have never experienced anything like it. We ordered food for delivery and were shorted two large cheese fries which are not cheap. I called the store and they were going to refund which was fine. Ten minutes later they still could not figure out how to refund my money. I then said nevermind, please prepare them and I will come pick them up.
When I arrived at the store they proceeded to tell me that they tried to refund one more time and error said I was not eligible. It has already been refunded (which it had not). After asking again just to make the fries they had the nerve to say we will not make them because we remember making them for your order. I responsed with you may have made them but you did not put them in the bag. He continued to say I’m sorry but we made your fries. I asked to speak to the manger and the manager said I will not be helping you I too remember making your fries. I tried again to say they may have been made but they were not in my bag. Why would I drive all the way to the store to get them if they had been delivered. They treated me as if I was the one in the wrong. Again TERRIBLE customer service! Will be following up with the store manager.

So let me talk about Wingstop… i’ve ordered from this restaurant three or four times with a glimmer of a hope that it could be better each time. It’s so gross my wife had to eat something else for dinner. I’m not sure what moron decided to reinvent what wings are meant to be .. but they require sauce, they require flavor… their dry ass wings are the equivalent to grown up chicken nuggets. Whether I eat parmaesean garlic, mild, buffalo, etc.. it’s just chicken nuggets with a hint of seasoning, with no discernible taste value. I thought I was dreaming when I took a bite, and then I woke up…and realized I was eating crap. I suggest a rebranding of your products.

Wingstop offers a great variety of tasty, made-to-order wings. It's a bit pricier, but the flavor selection is worth it! Aswell as a very nice employee steven!

i wasn’t treated right at this wingstop I was told i “CRASHED OUT OVER RANCH” Aberham said and Aberham also told me “I cant take your order cause your disrespectful” which i was never disrespectful over ranch its 2025 if you cant take a joke when i said “damnn the ranch that much” (which 1.99 is to much for ranch thats filled to the top) but like its like i still didn’t pay for the ranch on several occasions. Then goes back today and he said the same thing. So i ask a guy i have seen several time i came to order have i ever been rude he says “No” I ask A couple other guys one looks at the manager and says yes. I say well can you roll the camera back “ they dont go back that far” well why not?? Then Aberham proceeded to tell the other workers that if im being respectful they can call the police and if im not mistaken it was the man with no teeth and glass who called the police on me . So all that to say It was not a good experience and i dnt know why i got kicked out and banned over a ranch joke or whatever.

i dont expect much from fast food these days but this was pretty bad. i got the garlic parmesean wings, but i think they forgot the garlic part? it was just nuggets dusted with parmesean cheese. the main issue was the overwhelming flavor of burnt oil, leaves an unpleasant acrid taste in your mouth. avoid at all costs.

I drove all the way in there to get some wings and they won't take my order. Said they're doing online orders only. Like what? I just drove all the way here and you won't take my order? They lost a customer tonight. That was actually my first time going there- and it's definitely my last.
