1hr 20 minute wait in store for a a 20pc combo. Saw 3 customers get food and come back in either missing for or received the wrong food. One employee with a neck full of fake cubans from temu stood stood at the counter talking to a buddy for 10 minutes with customers waiting to take orders at the counter. 4 employees on the clock and one cooking, one working kitchen.If your looking for food without waiting an hour for a single combo I'd avoid this place like the plague. I don't know if it's an employee or a management issue but it's definitely some kind of issue going on.

Order and 8pc lemon pepper Chicken with fried corn, The chicken was dry which means that it had been sitting under the food lamp then refried and then it was very salty. And I paid $17.00 for this horrible experience. The only thing I would purchase from here is the fried corn.. very disgusting an

Service was terrible went into this place never been to one so I stopped to get wings order my food said no seasoning on fries and extra sauce on wings I was sitting there waiting the gentleman was picking his face and touching food ( thankfully he wasn’t cooking my food some lady was ) also his language is HORRIBLE I got my food got back on the road open my food to eat my wings were dried no sauce and seasoning on my fries

Ordered 15 wing and it took two hours for them to do it and the where missing 6 wings I was sitting in the store the whole time and they where not kind and I went back in and they still where missing stuff bathroom was so dirty and they would not give a discount for the wait would never go again
