So I have not had Little Caesars in over 10 yrs. My Wife wanted their pizza from the Ferguson location, but I accidentally ordered from this location. I went to pick it up because food delivery services are super slow and during winter it's a guarantee your food will be cold. So I love the tracker that l let's you know when to come into the store and get your food. You get an email with a code that you enter into the warming portal and the shelf with your food opens...
I was in a rush and was hoping to grab the pizza and go. Store had a lot of customers when I arrived. When I walked in, my name was on the Pizza portal screen. I typed in the code, retrieved my order and exited the store.
I didn't miss a beat and arrived to my engagement on time.

Did an Uber pickup from here. It was crowded but they worked to get the order right away. All of the cashier's were teenage African American girls and they provided excellent customer service, moved fast and were very professional. Great job!
