I should've looked at the reviews before I ordered. I'm calling the health department. I'm sick and tired and these restaurants... We might as well say they received free money from me. Cold food , hard like it was sitting for hours. How are y'all allowed to serve food like this to hard working customers. I wouldn't serve food this hard to my dog. Where are the managers. I need a refund.
Ordered 2 large Cole slaw's and 3 people after me had their order and gone. I asked for a refund and of course they asked me to wait just a minute while they get it together and of course I told them it was too late. Employees were slow and just standing

Placed online order when received the chicken was cooked in old grease and the color was uneven completely over. Also the chicken was extremely greasy and old. Tired of this from this location. Just terrible. Now KFC customer service is giving me the run-around on a refund trying to make me accept points or half a refund which is ridiculous. I don't even plan on returning to the establishment so points don't help. I need a FULL REFUND.P.s No one at kfc has asked to see my photos...read full review
