My group had reserved their large room. They did not provide enough tables or chairs and I know someone had to get their own chair from the dining area. There was only one server for this large group and I waited over an hour for food. Others told me their food arrived cold. There also appeared to be another server in the main dining room doing nothing. The portions were small and nothing special for the price. I would have given them no stars if I could. On top of that they added an automatic 20% gratuity to the bills.

Extremely Poor Service and Unprofessional Staff – Avoid This Place!
On Thursday, the 19th, my group reserved a dinner at 6:00 PM. My daughter and I arrived about 30 minutes late, only to find our designated dining room significantly understaffed for our party of 50. While my daughter managed to find a seat, I was left standing despite available space at the tables—there were simply no extra chairs.
The lone waiter on duty seemed overwhelmed and struggled to keep up. After waiting for about 10 minutes, I finally got his attention and requested a chair. He promised to help, but 20 minutes later, nothing had changed—no chair, no drink or food orders. Frustrated, I moved to the main dining room next door, where I found several available chairs. While holding a chair, I tried to place an order at the bar, but the two young ladies behind it ignored me. An older manager with a pronounced mustache then rudely told me I couldn’t order there, escalating the situation unnecessarily.
Back in our dining room, the service remained abysmal. Some members of my group didn’t receive silverware, drinks weren’t refilled, and food arrived cold. After another failed attempt to order at the bar, I finally got the waiter to take our order. However, after waiting another 45 minutes, our food still hadn’t arrived. Deciding we had enough, my daughter and I began to leave.
As we were exiting, the aggressive manager confronted us over unfounded claims of verbal abuse, despite our group being mostly composed of respectful, older adults who hadn’t said anything inappropriate. He actually tried to serve me a burger, but I refused because he didn't have my daughters dinner and said she wouldn't be getting it either when I asked. His behavior was not only unprofessional but also highly disruptive, causing a scene that disturbed both our dining room and the main area. He loudly accused us of being 2.5 hours late and being verbally abusive, without any evidence or specific examples. When I challenged him to name just one instance of our supposed abuse, he refused and continued to scream at us to leave. This outburst created an uncomfortable and tense atmosphere for all the other diners, completely ruining the evening for everyone present.
Overall, the staff seemed clueless and lacked basic customer service skills. The only redeeming moment was that my daughter and I found a great alternative nearby with excellent food and service. I highly recommend avoiding this restaurant to prevent a similarly disappointing experience

Probably some of worst service I’ve ever gotten. I’m currently sitting here and it’s been roughly hour since ordered. Finally got my alcohol after 20 min. Ordered 1 drink but got 2 so tried to tell guy one wasn’t mine and gentleman (maybe owner or manager) goes “okay and?” like it’s my fault/problem. Furthermore good took about an hour to get out, I ordered nachos, pretzel, and Mac and cheese. Food looked and tastes like was sitting in kitchen for a while. I would have left already but you pay when order.
Will likely never come back.
Additionally note the menu is online app where can order anything. Ordered alcohol wasn’t asked for ID at all, so that’s interesting (no I don’t look really old).

I went to this place questioning if I should because how nice it looked on the inside and due to having 3 kids. I also had My parents, nephew and husband with me. So a fairly large (loud) party.
I was shocked. Not only were they so nice and kid friendly towards the kids but the menus were actually well priced! The portions were huge and the food was delicious! I’m not a big chicken fan but the grilled chicken was phenomenal.
The waiter Billy was so attentive, patient and sweet. He also addressed the kids and spoke with them and suggested items to their likings.
Next time we visit, we will be back! I highly recommend trying this place!
Also he had made a drink called Samantha and it will similar to drop but had basil which gave it a nice kick.
To start out, ice in all our cups had black specs frozen into it, ordered the razor back, bread was overly crispy, bacon was overly cooked, wayyy too much bacon on top of that made it barely edible, The big tuna was alright too much focus on seasoning and dry when mixed with a sub roll, price, atmosphere, and service were all incredible

$10 for 2 drinks all day everyday. Can't beat these prices. And the drinks were delicious as well. We tried most of the drinks on the menu and they were all hits. The food on the other hand was mediocre, but we would definitely be going back for drinks!
