Drove across town with an appetite for Arby’s. Waited five minutes for my food which is fine because that should indicate freshness. My fries were barely warm and my roast beef sandwich was cold. Not a good experience.

Absolutely the worst greasy cold $8 dollar curly fries about 3:30 pm Sunday afternoon January 26 2025 don't ever stop by there and using the drive through I ordered 2 lg ordered Curly fries bad idea I will never ever go there again I can't believe they would serve something that gross as food they should have a wait for fresh policy for instead of just putting old leftovers i was just really pissed off and will never eat at any Arby's dive again. Absolutely disgusting I couldn't believe they served that very rude

Got the new dipper sandwich for my husband which he devoured in 5 min! He said to get 3 next time! I was happy that the fish sandwich was back which I thoroughly enjoyed. I was waited on by Tatyn who just happened to be the manager. Such a wonderful young man who seemed to be well liked by all. Will be back again!

Normally don't complain but went through drive thru Got family pack seem like didn't have the option to order fries instead of curly fries and ask if there were different kind of sauce besides Arby's sauce and horsy sauce seem this person didn't care . And always get cold curly fries Not Happy but sure complain will make a difference.

The lady who took my order at the register was so nice and patient with me. I felt bad because they were clearly short staffed as she was running around a lot helping get orders together in between taking customers orders. But she was being very dilligent and friendly! My order was made well and fulfilled correctly.
I got a whole list of stuff to ding you on but the premium lemonade no refill thing is really pissing me off. I pay for a "premium" drink, I should get a "premium" refill. And is there a discernable difference between the option that is on the fountain? That wasn't even offered as a no cost/low cost substitute.
For the money you people are charging...execution in service is paramount..and your floors were really sticky.
