They were out of the packets of Arby's sauce so when I asked for extra the girl actually gave me enough for both of my sandwiches in little to go cups. Can hardly ever go wrong with the classic roast beef sandwich. I had the local coupon that comes in the mail so pricing was great. Service was fast, I went thru the drive thru. I have had burger king and McDonald's here in Joplin MO, I will not be back to either.

Totally screwed up the order. Ordered 3 sandwichs, only received 2, even when I asked the girl if there was 3 in the bag. She told me yes. Iwas in the drive through window. Big mistake on my part for not double checking.

I always get the French dip, if your looking for a alright meal that fills you up and reminds you of home this is it!! They have amazing meats and hasn't ever gotten me sick. Sadly past 8 ish they stop doing the dip, which I understand but sometimes very sad.
The food is always good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The time to order and pick up was a very short wait. I would go back again

The meat has changed in the past 2 years. I personally will not eat at Arby's or McDonald's. Even the new place in Carthage, MO, Buckaroos Too many times I have smelled and tasted questionable meat and fresh was
So went their tonight. Ordered two honey mustard wraps and a big roast beef meal. Go bake to where we were staying and the honey mustard wraps were ranch. My daughter managed to eat one and when she opened te the other a small roach was on the inside paper of the wrap. My turn the roast beef sandwich was cold and the fries were beyond cold. I feel if you can't sever fresh food up to closing time the close earlier. We were at the local hospital and did not get a chance to get food until around d 930pm. I just pray that food poisoning does not set in. Next item is to contact the food heath I spectators on Monday. Roaches in the food is not acceptable.

Sat in the drive thru after I payed for over 10 minutes waiting for my food. I had to go inside to get it. There were 2 workers who i just saw on the clock , working inside, in their car as I left. Terrible management Food wasn’t any better Will not be coming back here.
