I only go here when I get a coupon for the Greek Gyro. I'm sure the roast beef sandwiches are good, but I never get a hankering for one. Never had any issues at this location as the employees seem to do a good job. Thank you!

Went thru the drive thru. Paid asked for condiments & napkins. They had me pull forward. 10 minutes later I got our order. Curly fries & Mozzarella sticks were ice cold. Didn't get any condiments at all. Walked inside and a lady asked if there was a problem. Didn't welcome me, no smile, just a hateful scowl. I asked if I could get a few condiments cause I grabbed napkins & salt packets. The lady that worked the window. Walked over with a sac & slammed it on the counter. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN. My local Arbys is so friendly & they are amazing. Food is fresh & super hot.

The food is absolutely amazing every time and most of the time it is good service! There is one lady here (I don’t know if she is a manager or not, hopefully not) that has been equally rude during both of my most recent visits. I don’t know if I will continue to come to this location.
Consistently good, hot and fresh food, employee interactions add to the good experience. One star pulled as "whiney protest", a little freaked out at $2.19 price for really small soda.
