The best coffee is fresh roasted. The Bearded Lady roasts locally. They had brewed and ready to serve a few of their coffees. I chose one of the brews. Great flavor!

Great service, coffee, and pastries! The barista helped me pick exactly what I wanted for my coffee and offered to get me another one if I didn't like it. I got an onion and cheese bagel (fantastic!) but all of the pastry options looked delicious. It's not cheap but not overly pricey. Very nice staff, and there's wifi available. I will definitely come here again!

Best locally roasted coffee in Joplin, no contest. The owners really care, really know good coffee, and are super sweet and down to earth. Very laid back and comfortable environment, right next to the Empire Market gardens (like they can open a large door in the main seating area and boom there’s a garden!) and Farmhouse Bakery goodies?! There are so many delectable treats for every one of your senses. I can’t recommend them enough…but I will keep trying.
