I love the renovation! This place is classic. Brand new menu, amazing service, and delicious food as always! It's not going to put a huge dent in your pocket either.

Jerry and I went this morning and ordered one pancake and 2 orders of 2 over easy eggs. Thirty mins later, we left. They were not busy. It was around 9:30 am. Told the waitress we were leaving, and she said I would too. Will not be going back.

Place is DIRTY. Ceiling covered with dust and stains. Service was ok, just took almost 30 minutes to get a burger that was burnt on the edges, close to green tomato, and one little piece of onion. A burger, onion rings, and a soda for almost 15 dollars. My first thought walking in and seeing the ceiling was I should turn around and leave. I wish I had. Never return.

Went here for the first time a few days ago and was not disappointed! The dining area is very cozy, and relaxing. Our waitress was so amazing, and helpful. My only qualm is that there aren't many options for people who have meat-based food restrictions.

Tried to go in for breakfast this morning with my husband, and ended up having to just leave before even getting our food. We ordered our food with our drinks since we knew what we wanted and wanted to get out in a good time. The server brought us our coffee after almost 15 minutes of waiting, and told us our food would be out shortly. After waiting another 15 minutes we watched the server bring food out to a table that had been waiting on their food long before we even sat down. A total of 30-45 minutes this table had been waiting on their food. The server never once came to check on them, talk to us, anything. So we left. Becketts used to be an awesome restaurant, but it looks like management has gone down severely.
The wait staff wasn't very good. There were more dirty tables than clean, and I had to wait a long time for refills. People came in after I ordered, and they got their food before me. The fries was over cooked and the cook backed talked me. I put up with all of it because they have the best chicken tenders around.

The bacon was excellent. Very limited menu. My eggs were overcooked. Compared to other breakfast locations, I thought they were overpriced. We were never served the glasses of water that we requested.

Great food but service is always horrible. I've witnessed the chubby girl with glasses being rude to customers telling them they can leave if they don't like it more than once. I'm not sure how this restaurant survives. These servers are lacking good training. They need to learn teamwork and how to treat customers.
