This place is absolutely AMAZING, and all we did was order through Doordash at our VRBO - Can not say for sure, but they're bread tastes 100% homemade as well, we live in Hot Springs AR, so we were literally just taking a chance as to what looked good, and we hit the jackpot!! The first time I ever had burnt ends was at Big R’s BBQ—and wow, it was out of this world! Listed as “double smoked burnt ends” on their menu, it was a perfect balance of tender, crunchy, and caramelized goodness that melted in my mouth. Just… wow. They only make them in limited batches, so the next time they were available, I stocked up, froze a few servings, and even straight from the freezer they were still out of this world.
