Order was wrong, ALL the meat was dry (chicken, pork, ribs, and brisket.
No original bbq sauce available. No soft drinks available.
They did not hesitate to ask for a tip before the food was even delivered and when I asked for my correct sides, they never came back with them.
I was hoping for better as the restaurant in that location before them was full of roaches but the service and food was great!

I've never been to Billy Sims and now I'm kicking myself because the old location had a drive thru! I got the Loaded Spud but I didn't have high hopes as most of the spuds at BBQ places nearby are seriously lacking. My Loaded Spud was a monster! It was just a little over $14 including tax and worth every penny. The staff was super busy with a catering order and were still helpful, friendly, and efficient. We will definitely be returning!

The pulled pork sandwich was very good my complaint or not complaint was that I felt like it was very small for the dollar. I even watched them weigh the meat as they put it on.
The New Billy Sims is fantastic. It is now run by the corporation instead of a franchise owner. The service was outstanding and the food was fresh and delicious. They were not out of Ribs or Baked Potatoes during a late evening meal.

So good! Try the triple 20 sandwich, it comes WITH coleslaw on the top! Mouth watering good. The mac was so creamy. Staff were delightful. Can't wait to go again.

5 star review! Dontavious, Maria, Harley were great! They were super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our meal. I got a loaded baked potato and it was really good. We actually went back again today and again service was great and the people working was friendly! I Recommend giving this place a try!

Mannnn shout out to Dontavious, Harley and Marie!!! Their customer was toooo dope and made us feel like we were in my own kitchen! Not sure what yall paying them but they need their own franchise store asap! Workers who are genuine like them don’t come very often 💯💯
