The food was great however when you look over and the bartender is taking shots with other staff and then when making your draft beer, she pours the tap and lets it fill your glass all the way up with foam then lets the glass sit there for 5 minutes then comes back to top it off completely making the beer flat, then she disappears off to the restroom for over 40 minutes. Us as well as several other tables had to then finally ask another server for our tickets so we can just close out and leave, the table next to us never even was asked to place a order said they were leaving to go elsewhere, was absolutely ridiculous, all at 1:30 in the middle of the day. Good way to run a business in the ground!!!

The manager/GM sucks. But Really great food. 1st time we been there. Will go back. The bartender/manager was really nice. But taking shots at 1 30 pm on a Saturday.... Then was in the bathroom for over 40 minutes. Was still n there when we left.... My wife needed to use the restroom and the staff just said oh, just use the men's... Like this happens a lot... The main server guy disappeared as well .. Us and multiple tables were waiting n waiting. Crabby owners need to address this. Seems like a good person and up beat but at the end of the day drinking just past noon, working, and ppl leaving bc of poor service isn't a good recipe for a successful business. We will try it again bc we really did enjoy the food. Waitress was working her butt off. Hopefully management will next time as well. Otherwise John Taffer will be here in a bar rescue episode....

Met a buddy for drinks and food!! Got the friend onion rings for an appetizer which was great. Decided to get the special smash burger and was delicious. Server was Gage and he was top notch! Checked on us, our food and was there to refill our beer. Will be going back!!

Been twice and it was great both times. If you really want your entree to be delicious, order the fried Brussels sprouts. They are TERRIBLE , but everything you eat after the fried brussels sprouts have hit your taste buds is going to taste like the best thing you’ve ever ate in your life🤣 I would suggest taking those off the menu 🫣. Other than the fried brussels sprouts, everything I’ve ordered there has been delicious😋

The place is super cozy. Staff was over the top. The waitress really did the best service I ever had. Sadly I didn’t catch her name. We ordered the FRIED CHICKEN SANDWICH and APPLEWOOD SMOKED BACON DOUBLE SMASH BURGER. Both meals were just perfect. Definitely recommend this place!

On a Thursday afternoon, there’s not many places where you can go and have top notch service. Not only was the food fantastic but Maddi was the absolute best bartender in the area. Attention to detail, while also holding down the entire dining room area, it’s hard to find anyone in the industry who cares this much. She has an energy that’s hard to match and a work ethic that makes Blackstone an easy place to come back to every single time.

The place was disgusting burnt fries. And everything was dirty glasses, the table, the floor everything had a layer of grease on it including the food. My wife barely touched her food and when the waitress came over and asked if we needed to go boxes we said no she didn't even ask how everything was even though clearly my wife hated the meal
First time here. Foods good. Only bad part was they cooked my cheese curds so long that the cheese left the breading. We will give it another go at some point.

We absolutely loved Blackstone Gastropub. The atmosphere was laid-back and welcoming. The service was friendly, responsive, and made us feel right at home.
The food was mouthwateringly good… like, literally so good, especially for how reasonably priced everything was. The Brussels sprouts were hands-down the best I’ve ever had, and the burgers and hoagies seriously hit the spot. Huge bonus for families: they have great kid-friendly options too.

Food and service was excellent. We made reservations because we had a large party. Other people were able to get in without a wait so I'm not sure that reservations are necessary in all cases. We came on a Monday night. The restaurant was pretty full. Large menu and interesting selection. The Reuben was great. It was the sandwich of the month. Everything was excellent! Our server Gadge did an awesome job. He was very personable and stayed on top of everything. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
