Great customer service at this location! They were patient and filled my order quickly with a smile. Braums has the best breakfast & ice cream! We live in Orlando, FL and every time we come home to visit family, we have to get Braums! We came back for breakfast this morning after having dinner with our grandfather here last night.

They gave me an old burger with the cheese hardened onto it. I’ve worked in a burger place before, and this thing was on that grill for an hour minimum. My fries were soggy and they gave me a regular Coke instead of a diet. I would be ashamed to serve someone food this old. I was on a road trip so I only noticed when I got out of town.

Love me some Braums

We come here as a family often for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and usually never have an issue! I’m not sure if there are new employees or management for the mornings, but this morning we came to eat - waited on the shift leader and cashier to finish having their conversations and laughing before being greeted, the order was never repeated back to us for accuracy, and we were literally served burnt and held up food! Our hashbrowns were dark brown, way too crunchy, and not even luke warm to the touch. My burrito was made of heavy onion and tomato with compliments of burnt sausage and old egg - no cheese. We even made a second order of just a side of bacon which we were told would be two strips and possibly more fresh than what we received - they gave us a burnt triangle of bacon that was meant for a sandwich. Employees were less than pleasant and could care less about the quality of the food being served as well as the service provided.

Just called and spoke with manager me and an elderly gentleman just had a bad experience in grocery we stood there for quite a few minutes waiting for someone to help us when another girl with red hair who I'm pretty sure has been there for a while didn't even go ask to get us help or anything just told us to go get her own help so he did then I asked if they could please look for a pint of gingerbread ice cream in the back and she said oh I don't know I don't know if we have any or not we haven't been here all day we just got here but the funny thing is is neither of them acted like they wanted to work but they sure had a lot to say about the girl that just left and walked off they said oh she just clocked off and left apparently nobody wants to work

Food always good but the cashiers are not very helpful.

Staff were extremely loud when we were ordering. The soda fountain station was disgusting with straw and napkin trash all over it along with sticky spills. The staff were not wearing gloves while touching food. The ice cream station had nuts all over the counter and trash from empty ice cream containers. All staff need to be retrained on how to handle food in a sanitary environment and clean all work areas. I'm glad I only ordered a shake.

We absolutely love the bag of burgers deal. They are so much better than any other fast food burger we've had! We also love getting the ice cream pints when they are on sale. They have so many flavor options in their freezer sections, but also, the scoop scoopable ice cream is fairly priced & delicious. Will definitely miss this place if I ever leave MO.
