I thank god everyday that I don’t have a peanut allergy because I would be dead by now. It doesn’t matter what day or what time I ALWAYS get nuts in my shake!! All I order is a chocolate shake. How unsanitary is this restaurant to where I’m always getting nuts in my plain chocolate shake? Literally 9/10 times. You guys need to fix this before I call the health department or something. It’s not something that this braums alone is responsible for either. It’s all three in Joplin. Am I to believe health and safety isn’t being taught or carried out throughout the day across the board? So disappointing and dangerous. I’m serious about reporting this too just let me finish my work week.
Bad all around
Food is very good! And to be 100% honest, some, not all, of the staff do need a little training on how to speak to customers. Still a good place to visit for a quick lunch!
Braum's is always good to have a burger and shake.... Your favorite ice cream.
Please sell egg nog ice cream year round

Must have a disgruntled employee. I ordered a couple breakfast burritos to go last Saturday....11/8/25 and both burritos were filled with mustard.
