It was a great experience. Terri at the drive-thru was amazing. her demeanor was absolutely a breath of fresh air. and the gentleman handing the food out (didn't catch his name) was very attentive and very friendly. thanks for everything. such a wonderful experience. Fyi I was there a little after 7pm on 4/3/2024.

Burrito Grande... normally ny favorite place for breakfast burritos. I asked for no onions, got a cold burrito piled with onions and tomatoes, one little egg piece, not even a half piece of sausage, no hashbrowns.

In and out within 15 minutes with a week's worth of groceries. Contrary to popular belief, it's not just milk and ice cream over there.Wheelchair accessibility: Large doors with smooth, low sloping ramps.
I had 3 cars in front of me at the drive thru and 2 cars waiting to pay and get there food and it took 15 mins just to order. Then I finally got to the 1st window waited 3 mins to pay and no one was there so I thought I had to go to the second window to pay which took 15 mins to get to it and then Ifound out I was suppose to pay at the second window. I have a 30 minute lunch and I got a point at my work for being late back and I didn't even get to eat. My work is right down the road from Braum's. It shouldn't take 30 mins with at least 5 cars in front of me to order, pay, and get my food. I know this because I worked at Braum's for 3 years before and it was the drive thru.. Sorry I would rate the food but I have no idea how it was cause I never got to eat.

Quit going to the one in Joplin, by Lowes because it's been absolutely filthy. Went to Webb City tonight with the family for ice cream, mistake. Took exactly an hour to get of ice cream and eat. Girl working counter acted like she was about to die, in fact, stepped outside for a minute to get some fresh air while 15 were in line behind us! Place was also filthy. About done with Braums altogether.
