It's a lot of hype for mediocre wings and terrible service. I think our dining experience lasted about two hours from start to finish. We waited and waited for everything. The place is loud and large, and uncomfortable, and the food is not that great. I mean it's wings.

Doordashing sucks here they take forever to even come see you you have order for then you wait at least 20 minutes after due to be picked up every time !!! No respect for doordash at all

Front desk claimed I couldn't order 15 wings only 6 or 10 when I regularly order 15 every Thursday bogo.
Claimed she worked there for 2 years but I've been ordering 15 bogo for triple that time. Annoying for sure but I still got my food.
Ive always ordered 15 bogo for 19$ then 21$ after tax. Annoying to be told thats not possible when I do it every week. Might check that your front of house knows how to ring up orders properly

Came in and were seated quickly since they weren't very busy. Took 10 minutes for her to come back to take our order after delivering our drinks. Then it took 40 minutes for us to get our food. The fries were cold and my husband didn't get the dry rub on his fries like he asked for. The chicken was good, only reason why I gave it a 2 instead of a 1. Not planning to visit this BWW again anytime soon.

As a chain I like BWW. This location has some issues preventing it from achieving the most enjoyable experience the wing focused platform has to offer. It's like, maybe somebody over there needs to have a meeting with somebody to talk about who in the crew needs to goo,... iffin y'all catch my drift.

Parking: Outdoor patio heaters are great. Especially if they don't buzz like the ones at this b dubs patio.
Kid-friendliness: Crayons and high chairs and oh who am I kidding. Yeah. Kid friendly? Not so much.
Wheelchair accessibility: I'm not an expert on this, but this location seems to be compliant with the current accessibility standards.

Generally they’ve been pretty good. Now it seems like half the boneless wings are stale or cold and they’re getting pretty stingy with the sauce. The wings should be covered in sauce. You shouldn’t see bare breading. Let’s do better guys. Make it seem like you want to make sure that new building was worth it.

The manager came to seat us at 3:04. Due to me being in an oversized arm sling, we had to ask for a table. The manager erased a booth off the seat chart and seated us at a table. At 3:14, we still were not asked for our drink order, and had only seen the manager come out of the back and seat another couple that came in to eat. By 3:20, we left. No one gave us a second look.
