We went to try the new Addams Family menu. Tried the churro fries and wanted the new shake sold out of that. The cherry fries were out of this world. The Hersheys dipping sauce was the perfect dipping sauce.

Every time we go here there's always something wrong ? ordered double whopper /cheese ,light mayo, got no cheese and mayo was so much I choked! Soggy onion rings and fries are so salty u have to wipe them off to eat! I'm not eating here no more!

Not super impressed, but also not horrible. I stood at the counter for a minimum of 2-3 minutes while the person at the register watched videos on TikTok without looking up. The lady cleaning the dining area didn't say a word to me or her coworker. She even accidentally knocked trays off the trash can, but the guy at the register still did not look up. After he looked up, he was super nice...but not attentive. I ordered 'no tomato' and got tomato. I checked the receipt and he never put that request on there. I tried to take the tomato off, but they were so mushy that there was just too much leftover. They did make me a new sandwich, and we're nice about it then offered us free cookies.
Went though the drive though Tonight for super for me and my girlfriend to find they didn't give me my card back and even put another purchase on my card and did not refund it straight away yet when I went back an hour later the manager gave me cash . I will never go to this burger King again. This is so wrong I have now canceled my card and hopefully I can get another one tomorrow morning. So unprofessional of this manager and store

By far the BEST Burger King I've ever been to. The manager and staff are absolutely amazing. So friendly and accommodating. They missed a couple things on our order, but immediately took care of it and apologized. The manager thanked us for understanding and you can tell he genuinely cares about his customers. We will definitely be back to this location.

Worst service I've ever had from this restaurant eaten there a ton of times never had a bad experience til tonight ordered food for my family sent 50 dollars waited well over 20 mins and our whole order was wrong and the fries and onion rings were old and cold also called to inform store and mid explanation the lady on the other line hung up on me
