Went in to use the restroom and get a slice of pizza. The food was hot and fresh. The staff was very friendly. I'll definitely be stopping in again when I'm in that part of town.

Went in at 7am to get some biscuits and gravy and they only had old pizza in the hot box. I asked the lady behind the counter if they had biscuits and gravy. She let out a long drawn sigh and told me i would have to wait 15 mins because she would have to make them with a disgusted look on her face. Of course i declined considering the reaction I got. I dont want spit in my food so I won't be returning to this store.

It's July 8th, 2025. I just bought a twin pack slim jim. I bit into it and it was so dang nasty I couldn't fathom another bite. 20 minutes later I am now sick as a dog. I checked the expiration date and it says APRIL 18TH, 2025!!! that's 81 days sitting on the shelf. I mostly am an easy going dude, but I am gonna file a complaint with corporate and see what they will do about it. I'll update accordingly...

I go here every time I want it It so do I the. Atmosphere is great the service is quick and fast and I order a large cheese pizza and a tea of course I waited like 3 minutes until they said like food almost done i'm like cool lets go so I did go and my freinds love it they said 5 star on food I recommend coming here so I love it

This is my store of choice I live closer to others but drive to this one. The employees are very professional and very helpful food is always good and they keep their restrooms clean and stocked. I can not say enough great things about the employees always a great experience ? ? Thank You

On Friday Dec. 30 at 8:13 am the Casey's on maiden lane in Joplin had excellent service the young ladies were able to multitask with helping customers and help the delivery truck with positive attitudes, and I'd like to note the store smelled and looked clean

This Casey's isn't very clean, and when you walk into Casey's and leave Casey's, you have people smoking in front of the store, it's nasty and stinks,the people needs to go out and smoke out by the curb, this Casey's need to be cleaned up

Ordered a Pizza online and they gave me a time to pick at curbside. When I arrived I let them know I was there by pressing the I am here button on the Casey's App. . They were very accurate with the time and the Pizza was yummy...
Cashier was rude and physically aggressive for utterly no reason, refused to give a receipt and when asked her name my fiance was told "I don't have a name". Worst experience we've ever had at any establishment and I would suggest going to a different chain or at least a different location.
