They need to hire more people in that store every time I go in there, which is at least once a day there’s about 10 to 15 people waiting in line and there’s only one person checking people out And you’re waiting over 20 minutes very irritating, get more people!!!!

This Casey's has a nice upkeep. Whoever is running the show is on point. Placement of suggestive sales is convenient for the consumer. Staff has a warm greeting. The environment was clean. The pizza is always good :)

Ordered 5 large pizzas, $60 order. Picked them up, got back home to feed the family, and the pizzas were under cooked, like crust was white, cheese barely melted. When I called to see what we could do, I was told there was nothing they could do. As I got upset, as anyone would, he hung up the phone, and refused to answer it for the next 4 ppl that tried calling, from my home. Manager will hear about this, I do believe he said his name was Justin. If management don't do anything, health department will be called.

I go into a Casey's on a regular basis. When I go into this one I am regularly greeted with the utmost professionalism and customer service by an employee named Garri. When I stop at Casey's I always try to stop at this one when I can. My business values customer service and when I see it come natural for people I am always take note. The crack head lady working the kitchen on 6/16/22 could use an attitude adjustment and a shower. Got biscuits and gravy on my way home from work, about 5:15 amd they were ice cold. I came back in to warm them up and tell her they were still cold and she screeched at me, "Well I just put them in there." Well, I'm just telling you it's still cold. The guy working the register is always pleasant and nice.

Overall - our go to Caseys location. We carry out pizza from this location quite often. Mark is fantastic in the kitchen, and is very prompt with getting the order ready and out. Can't go wrong for carry out or door dash from here. Personally, I think their wings are on par with fast casual sit-down restaurants with so much more bang for the buck & Casey's Rewards!
