Good solid home cooked style. Love all the choices. Couple of things that I docked a star off for was temp of food could have been a tad hotter and I wish they’d served real butter for the rolls-not margarine.

Did the drive-through and took a two-piece breast and drumstick combo home No, are you with mashed potatoes, gravy and cucumber, tomato salad. Food was cold. Cucumber and tomato salad had two very tiny pieces of tomato in it. Roll is brown on top and gummy in the middle

Exactly what you'd expect. But for cafeteria style food it's really good. I was pretty disappointed in the chocolate cake this trip. Must be a new brand. Very dry. But I'll still go back for the chicken fried steak like always!

I travel a lot so I’m familiar with this chain, or at least I thought I was. Walked in at 8:10, a whole 50 minutes before closing time and asked for a family size order of wings. They only had 5 wings so I asked if they would cook them. The cashier responded that the kitchen cooking area was ALREADY CLOSED!!!! So I opted for the 8 piece family meal with two sides. Got back with my food to separate it for the kids to find that there were only SEVEN (7) pieces of chicken. So not only do they stop cooking fresh food a whole hour before closing, they apparently stop counting the pieces as well. Ridiculous !!!

Super great food!! The chicken chunks are delicious and consist of good quality meat. The roll is amazing! The mashed potatoes were okay, but everything else made up for it. And the service! The gentleman working the counter and the drive through was very nice and patient when answering questions. I would come back and highly recommend this place. AND THE MUSIC IS FANTASTIC

We had Charlie's Chicken for the first time pulled up it shows on the combos that there's a drink with it but they said that you don't have to have the drink well I wanted to drink and they just charge it for the meal and not to drink which they should let people know that I was very disappointed and will not go back there again

Second time we have visited in the last year but unfortunately we were disappointed again. We got a 3 piece chunk meal with mashed potatoes and white gravy and broccoli salad. Chicken was great! Potatoes and broccoli had no flavor and the potatoes were cold. Also ordered carrot cake, unfortunately it was dry. Super sad, but might try again at a later time. Used to be so good!
