I called in a last minute catering order for 25 people in an important office for me and Amber at the Joplin Simple Simon’s Pizza location was all over it! Although she was the only employee at the location at the time, and had to get the restaurant and food ready for dine in patrons, she still managed to get it done for me! I appreciated her quick response, patience and helpfulness with the situation. Her customer service was excellent and frankly, refreshing in our society where good customer service has become rare. She saved the day for me and was able to get food delivered in time to my office. She let me know how happy she was to help and would not accept additional tip or delivery fee. This is the kind of above and beyond service that will encourage me to continue ordering from them and recommend them to others. Just wanted to share! Thanks Amber!!

When we called to place an order. The automated service did not say that the store was getting ready to close in 10 minutes. When we got the text alert it also did not say anything. The staff was amazing and went ahead with our order. They are great. We felt horrible once we got there and found out they had closed but continued to fix our pizza. Thank you very much.

The Joplin, Mo. location was SO good! I haven’t ate at a Simple Simon pizza since I went with my parents as a kid. We got a hand tossed cheeseburger pizza, cheesy breadsticks, and cinnamon sticks. I haven’t had pizza this amazing in YEARS! No more Dominos for me! If I can’t eat their pizza then I don’t want it!! lol Reasonably priced and the staff were all very nice. 10/10 stars ⭐️

This was our first time at simple Simon's and we went towards the end of the buffet time so we were not expecting anything exceptional but we were wrong. The selection of pizzas was great, the calazone was over the top delicious and the salad bar had a great variety and the lettuce was cut at proper size and everything was fresh. The pizza was the best we've had in a long time as the sauce-toppings-cheese ratio was perfect on every slice and the restaurant itself was very clean and the staff was very friendly and the price it was a little over $20 for 2 adults and 1 child. Will definitely go back.

Nice place for an occasional lunch buffet. We like that they put specialty type pizza on the buffet, not just single topping pizzas. Buffet seems a little pricey but include salad bar dessert and drink.
Parking: If you have a trailer it is challenging to find parking.
