I called in a last minute catering order for 25 people in an important office for me and Amber at the Joplin Simple Simon’s Pizza location was all over it! Although she was the only employee at the location at the time, and had to get the restaurant and food ready for dine in patrons, she still managed to get it done for me! I appreciated her quick response, patience and helpfulness with the situation. Her customer service was excellent and frankly, refreshing in our society...
When we called to place an order. The automated service did not say that the store was getting ready to close in 10 minutes. When we got the text alert it also did not say anything. The staff was amazing and went ahead with our order. They are great. We felt horrible once we got there and found out they had closed but continued to fix our pizza. Thank you very much.
They have THE BEST PIZZA!!!! Seen their Buffet Bar one afternoon and it looked AMAZING!!! Cant wait to g bk and try it! Employees are friendly, professional and know their stuff. Would highly recommend and will For Sure be going bk to have a go at that Buffet!!
