Food is always perfect and comes out quick, even when they are busy. But the customer service is what tops it. For a crew that has to work in a mall, these guys make this chick fil a better than ANY of the drive thru locations in Joplin. We were served by Hawkins who was amazing, he was super polite, never missed a word we said, and without being asked he came all the way across the food court to our table just to grab our drinks and refill them just as he did for EVERYONE in the mall! GREAT guy, love his attitude and work ethic. Day made. Give that man a promotion. Thank you Hawkins!

This CFA really has no competition. It is the busiest food place in the food court, but it’s worth the short wait in line.
Our food came out quick and hot. Our cashier was as helpful and polite as they always are. She also came to our table to check on us, and went around checking on all the customers eating CFA.
I also got to use 2 of my rewards so my fries and nuggets were free ?

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! Chick-fil-A is absolutely one of my favorite places to eat. Always great food and great service. Even when the lines are long, they are great about getting the orders out and moving quickly. But...my question is... can we get one closer to my new area?? One in Pittsburgh Kansas would be amazing. We are about to plan a trip that will take hours this weekend just to travel to get some Chick-fil-A. I moved from Indiana to Kansas, to a very small town and I MiSs Chick-fil-A. Lol

This place is the fastest I've ever experienced ? I love the chicken nuggets; the breading is amazing. Can't go wrong, they definitely have the best service, hands down!
Afternoon at the Mall and having the restaurant there was very convenient. Polite and quick service, got our order fairly quickly and the variety of seating at that Food Court makes it nice.
Employees super duper friendly and ready to take orders, yet it seems the kitchen gets a little lagged, emphasis on the little, during busy hours. Could use more fryers for the kitchen...Atmosphere was crowded, as to be expected coming from a mall eat-in experience.
