Great food. Buns are nice and plump, not fat. Staff is sweet. Service was fast.

We eat at this location at least once weekly. I always get a diet coke with vanilla. No problem getting one reill, but today they told me they could no longer give me vanilla in my refill. That's a first for me. When I ask about it she finally said she had to charge me for it again. OK, so, then she couldnt figure out how to do that, so I suggested a manager might help. She said she us a manage, but her tag said team leader. She might be 16, she looks like she's twelve. It took her 10 minutes to figure out how to charge 40 cents for a squirt of vanilla. Yikes!

Good food, very friendly service . Prices are a bit higher than other fast food places but much better customer service. The 2 nine year olds ordered a kids meal, which they liked. The kids prize inside was rather flimsy - we could hardly figure out what is was… partly plastic and partly construction paper. I think a better “prize” could be part of the kids meal.
Nice placevto go in the mall they come out into the crowds of people and ask if you want a free refill on your drink that's soooo cool

Always fresh and friendly. We especially loved the sweet woman who was handing out mints and refilling drinks last time we were there. Never had such a good experience and service at a food court in a mall!

Food is always perfect and comes out quick, even when they are busy. But the customer service is what tops it. For a crew that has to work in a mall, these guys make this chick fil a better than ANY of the drive thru locations in Joplin. We were served by Hawkins who was amazing, he was super polite, never missed a word we said, and without being asked he came all the way across the food court to our table just to grab our drinks and refill them just as he did for EVERYONE in the mall! GREAT guy, love his attitude and work ethic. Day made. Give that man a promotion. Thank you Hawkins!
