I stopped in last night after visiting a relative at Freeman in the ICU. I haven't been to this location in a while and definitely not since the remodel. So, I am not familiar with the new lanes, etc. I pulled into the middle lane not aware it was mobile order only. The two people standing at the first lane, continued their conversation, completely ignored me and i sat there a good 3-4 minutes. After watching them help other people I asked if I wasn't able to order in that lane and was told it is for mobile orders only. I just think maybe stop your conversation and help the customers yall. I usually get exceptional customer service at this location but last night was very below average. I just pulled out and left and went to Whataburger.

Fire. You literally cannot go wrong here. Clearly you have to like chicken, but I mean come on … who doesn’t like chicken. Workers are absolutely fire. They literally go above and beyond at this company. Can’t say enough great things! Will be back… Lord willing!
Excellent speedy service. I love this place. Every member of the team cares, and that shows through how they treat one another and the guests. This team is great and deserves all the stars.

Best fast food place in town, hands down. Service is always impeccable, I'm not sure how they train their employees but they're the greatest. I would have one of their employees officiate my wedding, they're so good. Everything is always fast and the food always tastes good. This place is exemplary to say the least. It's always an enjoyable experience.

I literally just got done eating a chicken sandwich from this location. I had never been to Chick-fil-A before in my life until today. And.... WOW. The service was top tier, the employees were extremely polite and welcoming, and that was the best chicken sandwich I've ever had. I can't believe it took me 30 years but I'll definitely be coming back here again.
