So, my American classmates said that small cities are not friendly for foreigners (Asians), especially in Missouri. But not in the Joplin, MO. Chick-fil-A’s workers here are by far the most nicest people I’ve ever met. I want to return here at Christmas holidays again!

ordered doordash. the app didn’t allow me to select fries or extra sauce so i called the store.. the guy that answered told me “the meal comes with fries..” (so im like uhh okay because when i go through the drive thru, it comes with hash browns in the AM and for fries it’s a 7 min wait…) anywho, tell me why when my dasher arrived to get my food, they told her to tell me “we did her fries this time, but next time we won’t if it’s not after 10:30am.” could yiu not have told me that over the phone when i called lol?? amd since when could we not order fries before 10:30am.. never had an issue with getting fries till today. not everyone wants yalls hash browns, they’re nasty. and if im paying for food, im not sure why dripping fries would be an issue to begin with, you’re a company.. idk yalls service has been wild lately.
