Absolutely fantastic place, food is stellar and good variety, burgers, pasta, fajitas!! And for the 10.99 burger, drink and either chips, soup or salad (plus fries) is best deal anywere!!!!! 😋
Only thing on the food was my wife got the triple dipper and the sliders came out pretty rare twice. Finally the third time they were cooked right. Manager took care of that issue well. Our server Rylee did a wonderful job even though she didn't think so. We would request her as our server again. Please as management let her know she does an excellent job. We had a great experience!!

Food was horrible...our taco chips were small little pieces, bottom of the barrel I guess so loaded with salt...unbearable amts. I'm trying to eat, and was interrupted 3 times, not with how is your food, but do you need a box? Not sure I'm still eating, ok I'll just bring you one...do you need more boxes??? Not sure still eating....are you paying by cash or CC, I'm not sure I'm still eating!!!! The salad was all lettuce, with 2 tiny chicken strips...

Server was great. Technology doesn't work. Had to give our order 2x for drinks, 2x for food. No salmon. No Mac and cheese. No beers. And why is the air conditioner on in December??? Asked for MOD, never came out. Sad chili's... Way to disappoint. 11 guests with b-day.

Unfortunately, the service was terrible. Yes, they were busy. However, that's no excuse for having to ask multiple times for utensils, the rest of our order, and to-go boxes. Just an overall sad experience.

They used there hands with no gloves to prepare the food.. then wiped there hands on their jeans.. and repeated the process.. I spoke to one of the girls to tell them how unsanitary it was

Ordered online and it was horrible ! It was like our food was thrown in the boxes! We got 6 fries each and our buns were soggy! I waited like 20 in the building after they already said food was ready and they acted as if they didn’t see me !

The waitress was pleasant but did a poor job at ringing up items correctly and attempted to overcharge me not once but twice out of annoyance and openly admitted that the wording on the 3 for me menu is a scam because you unknowingly pay full price for the drink of the month when you should receive a discount beings how a soft drink is included free. After the kitchen forgot multiple items in our order, the waitress told us that the cook was over it. During this visit we had a drink while we waited for our to go order. When we arrived home, the burger I requested to be well well done was full of raw chunks in the middle. Fries were undercooked and the chili was thick and tasted burnt as if it was scraped from the bottom of a pan. The bacon in my husband's mashed potatoes were nothing but fat pieces and his steak was over cooked. The entire meal was trash.

Chili’s redeemed themselves after the visit I had the week before this visit. Two totally different experiences as we all know can happen from time to time. Thanks to great management for helping restore values that are often missing these days.
I’ve been here for an hour and still haven’t got my food as well as half the restaurant they just give chips and salsa to everyone and tell them it will be ready soon. They need to figure something out in the kitchen. EDIT: I got my food after 1hr and 15min it was the wrong order two of my dad’s wings were cold my mom’s food is burnt my sister is the only one happy with her meal we will not be back the food was not worth the wait.
